Here is a simple way to tell if you are addicted to sugar. If you are still hungry and craving dessert, bread or soda after eating a low carb meal including a lean meat, veggies and fruit——Bah Bahm!– you are addicted to sugar. Your brain is craving the glucose even though you completely nourished your body and cells with nutrient dense foods.
